He began making wine when he was introduced to the concept 15 years ago through friends of the family. He took a course at Algonquin College in winemaking to learn the different varieties of grapes used to make wine and where they grown. An oppertunity came along for him to manage a newly open brew-on-premise in Orleans. He proceeded to get a Diploma in Business Management. After working there for the past 11 years, he's now proud to be partners in the business and hopes one day to own it in full. He gets grapes imported from Maipo Valley, Chile and also from Sicily.
